ABOUT THE DSTRESS AERO PROGRAM

The D Stress Aero program was designed by experts in partnership with Air France to help you gradually get to grips with flying today from home.

It is inspired by cognitive behavioral therapies which consist of gradually and repeatedly confronting the object of your fear, in this case, the plane, until you are no longer afraid of it. Such training is difficult to implement on a practical level for the aeronautical environment. Virtual reality then takes on its full meaning, it allows you to carry out these scenarios progressively and repeatedly until they no longer trigger stress.

The D Aero Stress program begins with a preliminary telephone exchange to take stock of your situation. The virtual reality headset that you receive at your home and which you have for a minimum of one month includes virtual reality scenarios, educational content on aeronautics and a relaxation session. We remain available throughout the duration of the program to support you.
